My Journey

At age 20, i was at a point in my life, where i felt as if I was standing at a crossroads —

I looked in the River and saw my entire life passing by. Is this how im supposed to live my life? Being in a place i dont belong, slowly drifting away from myself, or step into the unknown and discover what else life has to offer?

On that day, I chose Life.

With very little money in my pocket — I decided to book a one-way ticket to Australia. A decision that would ultimately change my life forever and initiate me into the man I was meant to become.

Over the next 10 years, I traveled through more than 40 countries, not as a tourist, but as a student of life. I lived out of my car in Sydney.
Worked on remote farms. Sat at tables with millionaires and lived barefoot among hippie communities in Asia. Acted in films in Los Angeles. I witnessed the sacred and the brutal, often in the same day. The timeless wisdom of India alongside the weight of its slums. The breathtaking beauty of Brazil beside the harsh reality of the favelas. I walked with the Maasai across Africa, learned from monks in Cambodia, and studied with Taoist practitioners in Chiang Mai. In India, I immersed myself in the technology of yoga. In the Himalayas, I encountered the living depth of Tibetan Buddhism and shared the room with Dalai Lama.

Eventually, I slowed down in South America and face something I could no longer outrun — Myself.

The Path of Healing

My earlier years had been marked by chaos.
I was a rapper.
A criminal.
A substance abuser.

But the road has a way of confronting you with who you are.

In search for healing, I entered sacred plant medicine ceremonies deep in the Colombian jungle — spaces that demanded truth and honesty, by shattering every illusion I had about who I was and what i thought i wanted. The jungle took my life away….painfully. But in that night, i was given a second chance.

A chance to make everything better.

The following 2 years were all about integrating the Near Death Experience that I had in Putumayo.

I was looking for answers in Tibetan Buddhism, Hinduism, Yogic mysticism. That was the time I studied Taoistic medicine, Ayur Veda, Massage, Sound and energy healing. I went to monasteries, temples, ashrams and healing centers all over Asia to find my center.

After that period I went to sit with a Shibipo-Konibo Shaman of Pucallpa from the Peruvian Amazon, where I integrated my first experience with 3 lower doses of Ayahuasca and looked at more of my childhood wounds in a safe container with compassion and a stronger foundation that I built in Asia, leading to the ceremony.

I participated in Sacred men retreats, Tantric workshops, a life changing journey through Egypt and the Temples of the Nile - to Unify the Feminine and the Masculine aspect within, somatic healing and embodiment workshops, archetypal psychology and much more.

Today I lead groups an workshops myself.

Helping others to heal and liberate themselves from the past….

I have known poverty. I have known wealth.
I have been celebrated — and I have been invisible. Through all of it, one realization kept returning:

My true nature was never missing, it was always there.

Yet I know this with certainty —
I could have never self realized that way, if i wouldnt have gone on that journey when I was 20 years old.

It was the journey that brought me to myself.

A calling for change, looking in that river in Austria.

And one decision changed the entire course of my Life.
